A Tennessee native, Joshua graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Accounting from East Tennessee State University. Following college, Joshua joined a federal law enforcement agency, serving as a Special Agent for six years. He then attended Cecil C. Humphrey’s School of Law in Memphis, Tennessee, where he completed an internship with a title and escrow company and discovered his passion for real estate and land development. Upon graduating in the top of his law school class, Joshua interned for the 7th Circuit Probate Court of Davidson County. He then practiced law as a sole practitioner, primarily focusing on real estate transactions, compliance, and litigation for condemnation and contractual disputes. He brings valuable experience, market knowledge, and personalized service to the Nashville community. Outside of real estate and title, Joshua is committed to family, friends, and service to others. He enjoys participating in Crossfit, playing tennis, running, scuba diving, golfing, hiking, skiing, and traveling.

Megan Menke has worked in the Title industry since 2013. She received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Kentucky in 2007, where she majored in Journalism and minored in Political Science. While attending UK she worked as a personal assistant to State Representative Jim Gooch for 3 years. After college Megan moved to Nashville, and started her own company, Mega Talent Agency, a full service management and booking agency. Megan is the current Director of Business Development at Magnolia Title.
She currently serves as the Co-Chair of the Greater Nashville Realtors Awards Committee, member of the Greater Nashville Realtors Legislative/RPAC Committee and Special Events Committee, and serves on the Williamson County Association of Realtors Young Professional Network Leadership Committee. Megan also enjoys writing as a Staff Writer for Nashville Real Producer Magazine.
Megan currently resides in Nashville, TN, with her husband, David, and daughter, Myla. She enjoys traveling, crafting, checking out new music, spending time with her friends and family, and taking her dog, Tennessee, to the dog park. Megan and David are members of Christ the King Catholic Church.
Originally from Dickson, Tennessee, Marcy Morgan graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a B.S. in Political Science, B.A. in Global Studies, and minor in French in 2010. While at MTSU, Marcy was heavily involved in student organizations. She also interned for the Tennessee General Assembly and studied abroad in Costa Rica. After graduation, Marcy worked for a prominent local law firm for five years starting out as the receptionist and then promoted to a legal assistant gaining valuable experience. She has always had an interest in real estate and is now taking on learning the title and escrow industry.
Marcy currently resides in west Nashville with her husband, Jeff and two dogs, Bo and Baxter. She enjoys traveling, attending concerts, going to the movies, playing live trivia, craft beer, good food, and spending time with friends and family. She is an avid TV watcher and loves all things related to pop culture!
Tabatha Edwards is a senior processor and closer. She brings extensive experience in the Mortgage and Title Industries going back to 1993. Originally from Ohio, Tabatha moved to middle Tennessee in 1987 while still in high school. After attending Vol State Community College, she immediately went into a professional career path in finance. Starting as a small loan processor, she quickly moved on to mortgage processing and originating for the next 10 years. This experience allowed her to seamlessly transition into the Title Industry in the early 2000’s. Her favorite thing is to close first time home buyers and see the joy and excitement in their faces.
She and her husband, Thom of 25 years, live in a log home they built on 22 acres in the beautiful rolling hills of Smith County. So she knows the challenges involved in building a new home! Together they have 2 grown boys, Levi and Dustin, 3 cats, and 1 dog. Thom is a professional musician and teacher. In their spare time, you can find them camping (or as Tabatha says, Glamping), kayaking, and eating Mexican food.
Originally from Jackson, Tennessee, Leslie A. Garside received her B.S. in Sociology from Lambuth University in 2008, where she also minored in Legal Studies. Following her graduation, Leslie was accepted to and attended the Nashville School of Law, from which she subsequently received her Juris Doctorate Degree in May 2012. She received her license to practice law in the state of Tennessee in November 2012.
Leslie began her career in title in the fall of 2010 while still attending law school. Her thorough knowledge of the entire process make her well versed and knowledgeable in all aspects of title insurance and closing, and her background in customer service related positions prior to title makes her an ideal go-to attorney for your transactions in the middle Tennessee area.
In her free time, Leslie enjoys playing golf, reading, traveling, and spending time with her daughter, Clara.
Jacob Leonard is relatively new to the title industry but loves learning more daily and likes the behind the scene role he plays in the transaction. Jacob has worked as the order entry and file setup role at Magnolia for over a year. He loves offering great customer service and helping clients. Prior to entering the title industry Jacob worked as a professional wedding DJ. When Jacob isn’t at work he is pursuing his degree in Architectural Engineering, spending time with his son, traveling, reading and being active.
Renna Walters is our closing processor. Renna has been involved in the real estate industry for over 20 years, having started in a real estate office as receptionist and then moving onto property management. She started in the title industry in 2002.
She attended John Wood Community College and married her high school sweet heart, Jeff. They have been married for 27 years and have two children, Levi and Abby. Jeff was in the Army for 25 years and Renna spent that time moving often. She is familiar with moving and the stress that is involved, she thrives on finding easy solutions to difficult problems, making her a valuable asset to our team.
Renna and her family reside in Robertson County and she loves living in the country and enjoys being outside. She also enjoys spending time with dogs, of which she has 4, exploring different parts of the area and especially likes finding unique places to listen to live music.
Originally from Phoenix, Arizona Amy Dieterle graduated from Arizona State University and has 15 years of experience in Residential Real Estate. She started out at the search desk for Stewart Title in Stamford, CT before processing with Ticor Title and then to be the sole paralegal for the senior partner at Riefberg, Smart, Donohue and NeJame, P.C.
She moved to Nashville 10 years ago where she is heavily involved with local singer song writers to put on house concerts and showcase their upcoming albums. In addition Amy has been a member of the Sweet Adeline Singing Organization for 25 years and continues to be a part of their regional events team as well as local performances.
Amy currently resides in Old Hickory and enjoys attending events at TPAC, going to the movies, Wine Scouts with the girls and spending time with friends and family

Leeza Osborne started in the title industry in 2004, after leaving her career in teaching. She has worked on everything in title from file setup to issuing policies. When time allows she loves doing closing and meeting people from all over Middle Tennessee. Leeza has been with Magnolia Title since 2016.
She has been married to her husband, Dewayne, for 14 years. He’s a partner for ABEC Electric here in Nashville. They have a 9 year old son Brody who loves playing soccer and hunting with his Dad. In the fall they can be found visiting Tuscaloosa, AL watching football…Roll Tide! She also enjoys going to concerts, traveling to new places, going to soccer games, and riding four wheelers in the woods.
