Magnolia Title opened in August 2014 with a goal of stepping in to the Nashville residential and commercial market in order to meet the expectation of great customer service amidst a time when 'just getting by' is quickly becoming the norm for other busy title companies. Our staff strives daily to continue to provide excellent customer service and communication so that buyers, sellers, investors and industry professionals can feel at ease knowing that their transaction is being handled in a professional and timely manner.

Magnolia has three attorneys on staff with a real estate background. Leslie A. Garside has been employed in the Nashville real estate & title market since 2010 while completing law school. Joshua L. Hunter has previously practiced in the commercial real estate arena and other non-related areas prior to opening Magnolia Title in 2014. Ryan Lux has closed thousands of transactions and has established a focus in development law. We are here to assist you with HPR formation, lot splits, quiet title actions and other similar matters in the closing and development process.
