Born, raised, and educated in Ruston, Louisiana, John obtained his B.A. in Political Science, Pre-Law at Louisiana Tech University in 2012. During his time at La Tech John played Division I Football for the Bulldogs. After college John moved to Jackson, Mississippi and attended Mississippi College School of Law where he obtained his Juris Doctorate in 2015. During his law school tenure John interned with a prominent real estate brokerage managing all HUD Foreclosure REOs for the central and southern portion of Mississippi and ultimately obtained his Mississippi Brokers license in 2014.
After graduation from law school John moved to Nashville and began working in the title industry until he met his now wife Ansley who was a Mississippi native. They married and returned to Mississippi where John was then licensed as an attorney with the Mississippi Bar in 2018. John was the managing broker for a Berkshire Hathaway Brokerage until he opened his own real estate brokerage in the central Mississippi area which is still active to date. John and his family returned to Nashville where he was admitted to the Tennessee bar and obtained his Tennessee Brokers license in 2019.
John brings a wide range of experience and expertise to the real estate business. He has managed thousands of transactions as a real estate broker and closed thousands of transactions as a title attorney, ranging from commercial, industrial, agricultural, and residential. With his collective skills in the two synonymous branches of the real estate business he brings a valuable perspective with hands-on experience eager for any scenario you may have.
John enjoys his family life, married to his wife Ansley and raising their two children, Lawson and Halle. They live on a small farm in Eagleville, Tennessee where his family enjoys taking care of their animals and garden.
